Need support now?

For the days you need a professional — and the days you need a whole day to yourself.

Care from a professional, help at home, and time that is yours. All of it lives here, with the urgent numbers first.

If today is heavy, start here — you don’t have to hold it alone.

In an emergency, call 000.

Restore Her is not a crisis or medical service. These numbers are separate services you can call now.

A mother sits on a bench in a field of pink poppies, holding a paper flower over her baby asleep in a bassinet beside her.

Why Restore exists

Help for mothers sits at two extremes, with a gap in the middle.

Between a twenty-dollar class and an eight-hundred-dollar day spa there is very little that fits a real week: a professional to talk to, a hand at home, or a day that is truly yours.

How Restore helps

  • The urgent numbers first, clearly separate from everything else.

  • One place to find the professional care that already exists.

  • Practical help at home, so there is less to carry for a while.

  • Real rest, planned properly. Not a treat. A reset.

Restore

Start with the kind of help today needs

We are currently welcoming mothers to our waitlist. As doors open, members will be invited into each of these spaces.

Heavy-day safetyStart here on a heavy day

Urgent and crisis support stays separate from everything else on this page.

  • Direct crisis contacts

The phone list above connects to established crisis and emergency services. Restore Her does not answer those lines.

  • Clear professional boundaries

A clear distinction between peer connection, professional care and urgent crisis support.

Professional careQualified care

Care categories that make different kinds of professional support easier to understand.

  • Mind and emotional wellbeing

Broad care categories. Restore Her does not recommend, refer to or verify an individual practitioner from this page.

  • Body, feeding and recovery

Pelvic health, feeding and women’s health are shown as category examples, not a live practitioner list.

Practical helpTake something off the list

Real restoration can be practical: less to organise, carry or remember for a while.

  • Help at home

Practical household help to ease the everyday load of running a home.

  • The family’s admin: forms, bookings, the lists

Help keeping track of forms, bookings and everyday family tasks.

Restorative experiencesSpace to come back to yourself

Ideas for genuine time back, with space to rest in a way that suits you.

  • A day to yourself

A day set aside for rest, your own interests and time away from everyday demands.

  • Rest planning

The practical planning around a break: time, travel, childcare needs and what would help you rest.

ProgramsA gentle structure

Programs can offer a steady shape without becoming another scorecard or promise of a clinical result.

  • Gentle reset

A self-guided reset with small practices and time to reflect. It is not a coached or clinical program.

  • Guided group programs

Group programs that bring a shared theme, gentle structure and time with other mothers.

What you will find

  1. Browse care, practical help and restorative experiences.

  2. Follow a category to read more.

  3. Writing to us below is not a referral or a booking.

Providers, referrals, bookings and childcare all come later.

If you would like to tell us something, you can write it here.

For now, notes reach us by email. Tell us who you are and what you would like to ask, and a person will read it and write back.

Please do not put medical, mental health or crisis details in this note. If you need help now, the “Need support now?” button opens the crisis numbers.
