Your details are yours

The waitlist is how you hear when Restore Her opens. Leave your first name and email on the home page, and we will write to you once, on that day. You can leave the list at any time. Restore Her Wellness is operated by K.S Rajasingham & S.E Rajasingham, ABN 14 294 953 321. Joining is optional and for adults. You can browse without joining. Member accounts and support forms are not open.

We collect your first name and email directly from you to personalise and send one opening letter. We also keep a record of your request, the privacy notice, your waitlist status and a code based on your email to prevent duplicates. Joining does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not enter health, family or crisis details.

Our waitlist is stored in Sydney. We use hosting, database and email providers to run the website and respond to enquiries. These providers may process information overseas, including in the United States. Access is limited to authorised people and services. We use encryption to protect stored waitlist details and their transfer. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

We remove waitlist contact details when you leave, the opening-letter purpose ends, the launch is cancelled or twelve months after joining, whichever comes first. Recovery copies are normally cleared within thirty-one days. A limited withdrawal record, including a code based on your email, is kept for up to ninety days unless needed for a legal obligation or complaint. Any records that must be kept by law remain protected and their use restricted.

We do not use advertising, audience analytics or session recording. Hosting and security services process basic technical details, such as IP addresses, request times and errors, to operate the site and prevent abuse. Administrator sign-in uses a security cookie.

If you email us, we use your address and message to respond, separately from the waitlist. Please keep enquiries to general business matters and avoid health or crisis details. Emailing us does not subscribe you to marketing.

To request access, correction or removal of your details, or make a privacy complaint, email hellorestoreherwellness@outlook.com.au. We may check that the request concerns your details. We aim to respond within thirty days, or sooner if required by law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we explain why and how to complain.
